Dainsworth Richards is the Chief Executive Officer of TSL Jamaica Ltd.

Previously, Dainsworth served as Chief Executive Officer of the Central Information Technology Office (CITO) in the Government of Jamaica, where he spearheaded the development and launch of Jamaica’s new 5-year National Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Strategic Plan, E?Powering Jamaica 2012, as well as several other key public sector-wide ICT initiatives; including new GoJ Web Presence Management Standards and administration of the GoJ Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. At CITO, Dainsworth also hosted Annual ICT Industry Summits (a major event on the local ICT conference calendar) on E-Trade and E-Business in partnership with several leading technology companies in Jamaica and the Caribbean region.
 
A graduate of Campion College and the University of the West Indies, Dainsworth, an Electrical & Computer Engineer, has been involved in a wide spectrum of activities in the ICT industry for over 14 years, including software and systems development, project implementation, and strategic business development and management.  
 
Dainsworth was the first Business Manager of the E-Transactions Division at MC Systems Ltd where he led projects that included the design and development of Visa, MasterCard and Keycard credit card transaction solutions, and systems for the MultiLink debit card network for the major commercial banks; Electronic Health Benefits Transfer solution, now in use by First Life and LOJ; and the ADVANCE Fleet Management electronic transaction system for Manufacturers Credit & Information Services—a company at which he was later appointed Operations Manager/Deputy GM.
 
Dainsworth is also an entrepreneur, and technical trainer. Dainsworth is an avid music lover, worship leader, and family man. His most recent passions are his 7-year old twin daughters.
