HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

HRp5's Human Resources module allows for the creation and maintenance of essential files that cater to the Information Systems processing needs of your Human Resources Department. The system was developed in recognition of the importance of the role which is played by Human Capital towards the success of an organization. In fact, the thought process behind the creation of the system is that the implementation of an intelligent well designed Human Resource application plays as significant a role in building an organization as that of a well defined financial information system.

PAYROLL PROCESSING

HRp5's Payroll application is extremely versatile. It allows for full automation of payroll calculations. Use HRp5's payroll module along with the Time & Attendance Module and electronic data capture devices to import raw time transactions, and convert them to straight time and overtime payments based on user-defined payment rules. Or manually post straight time & overtime payments using one of the many easy to use views or wizards.

TIME & ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT

HRp5's Attendance module allows for the creation and maintenance of essential files which cater to the Information Systems processing needs of both Human Resource Professionals and the Payroll Department. HRp5's Time & Attendance module allows for the importation of raw attendance transactions from data capture devices, and through the use of user-configurable payment rules, provides real time results in the creation of straight time and overtime transactions. Use this module to also fully automate your Leave Administration process, allowing for leave entitlement based on Years of Service as well as age, employee category, type, and payclass. The Attendance module's extensive reports lend themselves to analysis of data on a time productivity level as well as a financial level, with analysis of actual vs. budgeted analysis.
